We take pride in being a full
service real estate development firm. In addition to managing more than one
million square feet of space, we are also responsible for planning and
coordinating all tenant improvement work at our properties. Our architectural
and design teams work with existing and prospective tenants to deliver
creative environments specifically tailored to their business needs.
By utilizing both in-house and outside construction crews, we control the work schedule to achieve on time and on budget results on a consistent basis.
The Property Management Department is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all Fischel Properties' holdings, now over 1 million square feet. Our goal is to provide our tenants with the best possible service at all times. The department receives numerous service calls each week, with a 24-hour turnaround. Our Property Management Team is also responsible for the supervision of maintenance and security providers, making sure that our properties are safe and clean. The department responds to service calls ranging from complex HVAC problems to changing a light bulb for a tenant. The properties are served by individual maintenance staff members who are responsible for each building's upkeep and appearance. In addition, the department has its own carpenters and building engineers. The property management department works in tandem with the leasing department in coordinating the placement of new tenants in our properties.
