Founded in 1970 as a full service commercial real estate development company, Fischel Properties has built a solid reputation over the past three decades in the construction, rehabilitation, leasing and management of owned commercial real estate property in Southern Connecticut. Current properties, many of which have been recognized with municipal awards, total more than 1.5 million square feet of office buildings, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, multi-familiy apartment houses and a marina. Several buildings have been successfully placed on the National Register of Historic Places.* Drawing on our extensive network of trade affiliations, we additionally offer a wide range of services for the industry as well, including real estate brokerage, property and construction management.
